The SSVF/FIT Collaborative provides supportive services to Veterans that are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness and is operated in partnership with Families in Transition of Santa Cruz County, Homeless Services Center, and Pajaro Valley Shelter Services at five office locations throughout Santa Cruz County. Funding is provided by a generous grant from the Department of Veteran Affairs.
